"This place is a damn disgrace to the medical profession. They started by sending my prescription to the wrong place, after tracking them down ON MY OWN because no one calls you back for 3 days the nurse with the box dyed orange hair wants to get an attitude with me. The older nurse practitioner was wonderful I will say though. Your staff should take notes from her."

"Dr. Enriquez was a great doctor never had a problem with him went saw him last month for my appointment left the office with no problem got to the pharmacy to pick my meds up and they told me I had none it was after 5 o’clock so I called the doctor that was on call Dr. Delacruz because I need my meds everyday . He said I just had to wait I was trying to explain to him that I take these meds everyday and I need them he got very rude and I told him don’t talk to me like that and he HUNG UP IN MY FACE . When they re -opened on Monday I spoke with the nurse and the office manager which she told me things happen and the NURSE STATED THAT THEY HAD SENT MY MED TO THE WRONG Pharmacy and apologized . So today I called and ask when my time appointment was AND THE Receptionist STATED I HAD BEEN FIRED AS A PATIENT . I hadnt done anything for this to happen to me never had a mean word to tell DOCTOR ENRIQUEZ FOR THEM TO EVEN DO THIS TO ME ‼️ Try to speak to them and no one WOULD GIVE ME ANSWERS ‼️"
