"This was a frustrating experience. We discovered at 8pm at night, after showering and in jammies that the toilet doesn't flush. The "manager on duty" came up to be sure the toilet didn't flush. It didn't. The solution was - they gave us the key to the room across the hall so we could go to the bathroom. Lesson learned. Flush toilets upon first opening up the room door before you unpack. On the upside, this was by far the most amazing breakfast we've had in any hotel in years. Omlettes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon - all cooked and tasting like it was supposed to!"

"Room was clean. Refrigerator didn't work. Desk clerk replaced it promptly. Tv remote didn't work. Had to be right in front of receiver and no more than about 5 ft. Away for the remote to work at all. Still couldn't punch in a channel number just had to go up and down. Never seen a bathroom that didn't have a toilet paper holder or towel holders for the hand towels. Breakfast was very good. Very good desk clerk"

"It was an average holiday inn as you expect. Spent one night for work traveling and went smoothly. The room was actually very clean and nicely updated being in the middle of nowhere."

"Staff were excellent, helpful and welcoming. Bed changing, room cleaning and fresh towels definitely need to be improved. My bed was only made 2days (stayed 12-13nights) and only as I requested they actually make the bed everyday (although it wasn’t done). You had to basically ask the cleaning staff to change towels, top up cleaning products etc, that’s a first for me and I have travelled all over the world."

"Rooms and hotel were nice and clean. Comfortable. The pool was closed, we didn't find out until check in. We cam her because of the pool so I could swim with our daughter while my husband worked. Then while asking for water for my daughters bottle you would have thought I asked the lady for a martini and foot massage. People a rude, careless, selfish, and just because of them I will NOT be here again. My weekend taken over by lack of communication and bad employees"
