Walmart Supercenter 4609 Northwest Loop, Carthage, TX 75633

"Went to the pharmacy today in Carthage Texas to get my husbands prescription filled and had a woman named Joann may have the spelling wrong.. She was rude and apparently didn’t know what she was doing. She couldn’t find the 3 prescriptions that I got a message saying they were ready! But proceeded to say she couldn’t find them.. And walked away and started helping another person.. I told her I got a message and showed that said message .. She goes someone else will have to help you.. The other lady was nice and pulled it up as soon as she touched the keys on the register.. But again Joann I guess didn’t know what she was doing.. But decided being RUDE and walking off was a good way to handle the situation.."

"Always out of enough items that I have to visit another store. If you're going to make customers use self-checkout, at least have the large self-checkout lanes open! It's impossible to scan an entire cart with the small checkouts. Then, the employees sit there playing on their phones doing nothing while customers 'work'. Open a real lane and make those employees do something (and not the tobacco lane because the employees there get aggravated you're not buying tobacco)"

"This Walmart could use an explanation for sure. I found it small and it carries only a fraction of what the bigger Walmarts carry in the home section. The grocery section seemed to be big enough but the remainder of the store had smaller selections."

"This Walmart is very nice and the workers are very kind and helpful especially the ones in the money order/Check area. I come here to cash my check most times and I've never really had a problem despite still having a Nevada ID. Also thank to the gentlemen who put water in my cart before because it was falling apart when I tried picking it up. The employees are great and are always willing to help you."
