Hotel St. Marie

"we stayed at the Saint Marie on March 7th. Our stay experience was amazing. We were greeted by the most amazing bellhop, Joseph. Joseph was very kind and even recommended several locations for dinner during our stay. I want to be sure, to recognize him and St Marie for going above and beyond to ensure my group of 8 had a great New Orleans experience at St Marie."

"We decided to do a staycation in our city. Upon arrival Joseph in valet greeted us very professionally. Signed our vehicles in and gave us a quick tour. The front desk staff very friendly and inviting. The room was clean and our courtyard view balcony was amazing. (Although, Bed wasn’t too comfortable, door slams loudly, no microwave, no iron) We ate and had cocktails at the bar. The food was amazing and the service was superb. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Hotel is located a half a block off Bourbon St convenient to all restaurants, bars and the riverfront but with a nice courtyard. We had a room on the courtyard side with balcony and did not have any noise issues at all. The room was very clean, nicely updated, and roomy. I would have rated a 5 but the bed and seating were not very comfortable. Breakfast in the adjoining cafe was one of the best meals we had. Staff was very friendly and always greeted us. We would definitely stay here again if returning."

"This hotel's location could not have been more convenient for explorations of the French Quarter and Jackson Square! We had easy walks to day and nighttime activities, and the staff's attentiveness, kindness, and competence were second-to-none. The rate was excellent, as well, especially for a room so close to the action. The only negative - and this is minor - was evidence of a little wear-and-tear around the edges (some peeling wallpaper, a few paint issues and the like) that weren't dealbreakers by any means but took just a touch of the shine off the place. Overall, highly recommend this property and its amazing staff!"

"Beautifully remodeled rooms. Lovely customer service staff. My only disappointment was they removed the bath tubs and I really like a good soak after a lot of walking. But a shower stall is becoming the norm in hotel rooms now, so can't fault them for that. They do now have coffee makers in the rooms, so that is a huge plus! The Hotel St. Marie is a wonderful hotel right in the French Quarter, well located. Highly recommended."
