"Great old Victorian type home located on St. Charles at Washington St. Trolley stops both directions right at your front door. Walking distance to bars and some restaurants including Commanders Palace. Rooms were nice, individual thermostats, nice and cool! Some rooms have double tester beds so do your research. Too small for me, but some rooms have bigger beds. Nice patio and perfect location. Breakfast just average, not as nice as most other B&Bs I have been too..."

"We loved our stay at the Grand Victorian Bed & Breakfast. It is a beautifully restored property, with no expense spared. It is located in the wonderful Garden District, and right near the Street Cars which take you everywhere. Our host Bonnie was so accommodating and helpful. Not only with giving us a good understanding of our B&B, but working with us before our visit and during to ensure our stay in New Orleans was a success. A real highlight which Bonnie recommended was the Garden District Tour we took (which started right at our accommodation. Also dinner at Commander's Palace which is a 5 minute walk was outstanding. We could not more highly recommend an accommodation."
"My boyfriend and I went to New Orleans for Spring break and we chose to stay at the Grand Victorian and it was the best decision ever. Not only was it located in the beautiful garden district, the house itself was charming and wonderfully furnished. Plus it was conveniently located right next to the St. Charles Street car stop. The room was great. very comfortable and breakfast every morning was delicious. I highly recommend staying here for any occasion. Bonnie and Rachel take extra care to make sure your trip is just the way you want it and your stay is better than ever. I'll definitely be returning there next time I go to New Orleans."
