"Close to city park and morning call beignets . Clean rooms. Aside from squeaky beds it was a decent place to stay in a low crime area. I've never witness crime in 40 years of being in Metairie or Nola but I know it happens. This place has free wifi and roku with Pluto [my fave] and security codes for main entry and the rooms. Never saw any employees. No alarm clock or phone in the room but plenty of lighting."

"This place was the very definition of ok. Like wasnt wow3d by anything just merely dissapointed. I guess for the price I got what I got? This place feels like a hotel in the 1800s. A house woth a lot of rooms that people just stay in. Dorm room style but with your own bedrooms. Given the age of the space it makes sense but overall an honest ok. Cheap but you get what you get. Its ok is a great description. We did have a nail sticking up by the fireplace and the wood on the dresser with the fridge was completely water rotted."

"We have been booking our stay in advance and there was an issue with number of beds and general mess in the room. In few hours supervisor contacted with Us and we have changed the room for much higher standard."

"Host is absolutely shady and will cancel your reservation without any prior communication. Told me that they’re doing maintenance on the location at the same time as my reservation — 13 months from now. They clearly cancelled and resold the reservation for much more. Completely unethical and ridiculous behavior from anyone in this industry. So inexcusable and I really hope that anyone reading this truly knows that you could very well be without a reservation if you book here. I thought I would be secure doing everything by the book with them but now I have to find another place to stay after the entire area has been picked over. Don’t make the same mistake I did! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY OR THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT."
