"Amazing location! And the service was some of the best I’ve had at an Holiday Inn. Love how close it is walking distance to all the attractions of the French Quarters. Heated pool was a plus and the rooms were super quiet, would stay here again when in town."

"We reserved a room with a king size bed, but didn’t get it. We were told we’d get a discount for not getting the room we reserved, we didn’t get it. I accidentally left a small bag in our room. I immediately called the hotel (same day we checked out), but they couldn’t find it. I was able to tell them the exact location of the bag. The staff was rude and we were very unhappy. The best thing is the location."

"A wonderful stay in New Orleans! The location was perfect. Right in the heart of the French Quarter, and close to everything. One block from Bourbon Street (which we were avoiding), but the noise and crowds do not make it over to the hotel. The street was quiet and calm. All of the staff was so friendly. Shonda was helpful and kind when we checked in, and wanted to ensure that our stay was great. Make sure to stop by and say hi to Eddie, the concierge, who is always ready. The rooms were a very nice size and clean. The only drawback is the shower has a half panel of glass, so it does not close fully, and water sprayed out which got the floor pretty wet. It was a bit too chilly for us to swim in January, but the pool and pool area are very nice. Make sure to see the turtles that live on the premises!! There is also a beautiful courtyard for weddings - looks like a great place to get married. We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we are in town!"

"First experience with this hotel and it was a great one! When I arrived to check in I found myself on the desk as one of the "Guests of the Day" - which was super fun because things like that never happen to me! lol! I got a free upgrade to a balcony room, which was awesome. Every staff member I encountered was really nice and helpful. We didn't partake in any of the amenities in the lobby but they offered coffee and filtered water and such. The room was nice and clean, it had a Keurig and a mini fridge. There were plenty of outlets and places to put our stuff. The hotel was within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to do in the French Quarter. I mostly use IHG hotels for work, so that's where most of my points are - so I will definitely be staying in this hotel again on future trips to New Orleans."
