"Great help in store but vocal promises of delivery date and paper work of delivery date very different. Was told 2 to 3 weeks, paper work days 4 to 6 weeks. Now being told it will take 12 weeks, who really knows. Extremely disappointed. Additionally they did not have the size or the base of my chair in store so I could not actually try it. It was my understanding that i have 5 days to return after delivery. Now I see it’s 5 days after ordering. How would you know. Buyer beware!!"
