"Book a hotel with needs of handicap wheelchair and pet friendly. Booked because apparently this place was. When we get and go into our room, yes we were able to bring in the pet but when my mom tried to go to the bathroom her wheelchair would not fit through the door. Why would a hotel state that they have handicap bathroom and then not comply. Then they said we can give you a room with a wheelchair accessible bathroom but is a single bed...for 3 adults. I don't think so. Then they said they could charge for a rollaway. Well where is my discount for not having a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Had to bring my mom all they way to the lobby to the bathroom. So fine let's pay for the roll away but now they were mistaken and the room was no longer available. This sounds wrong in every way!made me sad that they did not even want to give me a refund nor try to apologize or make the situation better. Airport Inn is not handicap friendly whatso ever! Will never stay here again or recommend."

"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE becareful when booking here if you have any valuables or money lock them away in a safe . One the cleaning ladies stole my money out one my purses while I was at work. I normally keep most my valuables on me but one particular night I switch purses and left money in it . When I called the front desk they said what proof do I have . Response to the hotel - I ask one the cleaners she even told me their were couple new cleaners so try that lie with someone else . And because someone has been with you numerous years doesn't mean anything. And I will never stat her again next time I will call the police. But I believe in Karma and what goes around comes around."
