"Wow, another 2 star hotel that tried to class up with a little granite in the bathrooms. Wall outlets are abused and can’t hold a plug, interior needs updating, and the cleanest thing in the room was at least the sheets. No toiletries like soap or anything in the bathroom. Decaf coffee u have to make in your room. Nothing in the lobby or any breakfast. Stay someplace else if possible. Staff is friendly though."

"The rooms were clean and fresh. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The shining stars are Amber, Tiffany and India. We had a block of rooms and we all were amazed by these 3 women and will stay at your suites again. Sandra Western Louisiana"

"This is our second time staying at this Candlewood. First time I didn't care for the place. Didn't seem clean .. and looks like the place could use a renovation. Our second stay, I walked by two women at the front door when we arrived to check-in. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting on the counter person standing out front talk with a guest (that was drinking wine) looking at their phones. I made eye contact at some point but still ignored. Once I went out to ask if she was working I got an apology. The place smells musty and the rooms feel, look un-kept. I'm just uncomfortable in the rooms. A/C units are loud. Kitchens are small .. room is small. We were so unhappy with both stays I canceled my next reservation for our return trip. The place needs to be cleaned, updated with a renovation. I have stayed at several Candlewoods' and this is the worst by far. I would not recommend this Candlewood to anyone."

"I love, love, love the people who work here! If something is broke, Bobby fixes it right away. The ladies, and now gentleman, at the desk are so friendly! Whatever you need, they are ready to help. The rooms are great! The housekeeping staff is amazing and so friendly! I love it here!!"
