CVS Pharmacy

"This C.V.S. usually does not have the items in stocks that they have on sale every week and it is very frustrating!!! The management there is not helpful or accommodating to the customers. I am a regular customer and I spend alot of money at this store!!!"

"I have been coming to this store for the past 14 years, and the rudeness and lack of compassion from the pharmacy staff has gotten to the point that I am moving my family's prescriptions elsewhere. I should not have to "psyche myself up" to prepare for the pharmacy staff's rudeness every month when I go get my Rx's - and seriously, they never disappoint. I have spoken to corporate CVS folks about this on three separate occasions, and I get the impression no one from the top down cares about my business there, and hasn't for some time now. The last straw was this week when I waited in a drive-thru line for 15 minutes for mine and my wife's prescriptions, and when I got to the window, they pulled the security gate down and slapped up an "out to lunch" sign. I am permanently done with this horrible pharmacy."

"Rickesha went above and beyond for me!!! We were on our way out of town and needed a prescription. She originally thought they were out and informed me how to go to the CVS where we were going to get it filled there. As we were leaving the parking lot, she called me and said she found a box of what we needed. AMAZING!!! I can't thank her enough!!"

"Usually use Walgreens decided to go across the street to CVS because walgreens was packed. Never again. They messed up putting paper script as receipt. So they needed clarification on it. So i called Dr office myself found out it was CVS mess up. Waited for 1 1/2 hours for prescription that i was told 20 minutes. Was late to work"
