"This restaurant provides down-home soul food that feeds your soul and requires you to relax afterward. The owner will come out and greet and thank his customers. There is lively, spiritual music playing, and the service is FAST. Your order is ready before you have a chance to get comfortable. And the amount of food you get lasts for at least 2 or 3 meals. The desserts, especially the Peach cobbler, are delectable and DANGEROUS to a waistline but worth it. The Peach tea and Kool-aid flavors are the pinnacle of pleasure to my taste buds. I have Bern to sould food restaurants in the area and have NOT returned. That is not the case at ALMOST LIKE MAMA'S. So worth the money!"
