"I’ve never met the guy Rick but I’ve lived down the street from his shop for years. I had a 2300 pound pizza oven delivered to my house and my forklift guy fell through. My husband and I happened to drive by his shop and notice he had a forklift. We asked for help and Rick and Chad were kind enough to drive their forklift up the street to unload it off the rental flatbed. They had Awesome team work, then we tried to pay him and he wouldn’t take any money. He said it feels better to just be kind to someone one. The good will was worth more. I can’t wait to set this oven up and deliver the shop some pizzas. Thanks guys for being good people."
"I was given a referral by someone who knew of this place. As we all know, esp on the Westbank, you have many different body work shops to choose from. I'm very VERY picky who touches my car, bc many shops could really care less about YOU or your car. Well, Ricks Collision was the BEST, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I've encountered in YEARS dealing with issues with my car and friends with theirs. They have a BEAUTIFUL shop and most of all, they are HONEST AND FORTHCOMING with EVERY CUSTOMER. They do accept ANYONE THAT NEEDS BODYWORK INSURANCES thru several companies!!! "I hired Rick to install scissor-wing doors on my Subaru BRZ, a very ambitious project. The work took longer than I had expected and Rick required two attempts to get it done right. But, I have to give him five stars because in the end he did come through with a proper install and everything works correctly (windows, door locks, keyless entry, side-view mirrors, alarm,... everything). This was a challenging job for at least three reasons. Mounting the new door hinges required removing both doors, both fenders, and the entire front bumper. Getting it all back together without a trace of the work is not easy. Second, mounting the doors in place requires surgical precision to get a good fit and proper function. Finally, the Lamborghini style doors require cutting, extending, and splicing the wiring harnesses. One bad connection and something will fail. Rick ultimately got everything to my satisfaction and the cost was fair in my opinion. It took too long, but the work is A+"
