"Called pharmacy lady was rude . Huffing and puffing when o was asking her questions..just had surgery on my mouth dropped medicine off at 11 told me it want be ready to after 5 .horrible service"

"I came in to pick up prescriptions that were called in 2 hours earlier. They were not ready. I waited 15 more minutes then recieved 1 of 3 of them. The pharmacist said they were not all called in. I called the doctor office back and was told all were called in the same time. Then the pharmacist said he had it. I had to get back in line 4 times already, and they still didn't have it ready 4 1/2 hours after they were called in. I was going to use the restroom, but there was a dish soap bottle in the toilet with a bunch of paper and a roll of paper towels on the floor because there was no toilet paper on the dispenser. Very nasty, dirty, unhealthy place on top of the problems with the pharmacist working on 7th of September, 2023. I do not recommended this place any more than Walgreen's."

"I thought I'd switch here from Walgreen, but I'm reconsidering my decision. 3 prescriptions were called in for me 3 hours ago and it still was not started on. I had to wait 15 minutes, then found out that only 1 of the three were filled. Now it's been another (at least) 30-45 minutes and now there's a line of 10 people and the pharmacist is constantly just talking on the phone. 3-4 times I was asked to get back in line and they still did not have prescriptions ready. I was here for 3 hours for 2 prescriptions that were called in 2 hours before I even got to this store. BAD decision to switch !!!"

"CVS always has the product in stock as well as alternatives if necessary. Every associate that I have come in contact with at CVS has been awesome. My current visit the associate was name Leroy, and he was very pleasant and an ideal associate. I love shopping at CVS. Thank you CVS for being great."
