"The online pickup area needs some help. I waited for exactly 1 hour to pickup my order. Other cars were arriving and getting their orders well after I arrived. I called the number listed on the sign for pickup orders, no answer. I called the main store number and was told they don't have a phone in the pickup area. I finally found an employee to ask if the app registered my check-in, only to be met with an unconcerned and dismissive individual."

"I don't like self checkouts, while they have people just walking around. The service here is bad. Recommend you go to a place where cashiers check and bag your items, while making their paycheck."

"HUGE waste of time. We left a bag Friday and asked if we could come back later to get the items. They said yes as long as we bring a receipt. We come up there today around 11:30 and suddenly we have to wait til 2 to roll the cameras back. We asked why and they said we had to wait for loss prevention. Annoying but fine. My mom leaves her name and number only to get a call back at 12:30 for them to tell us we could come back FROM BENTON (which is 30+ mins away) to get what we left. We grab the exact same items we left only for them to tell us that the UPC's don't match (which is a blatant lie) and all they can do is refund us. We got our money back but we will never get our wasted time and gas back. PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Why are Walmart employees so rude and bothered. I asked a girl in the bakery a question and her eyes rolled so far back in her head i thought she may pass out. It looked like it pained her to have to turn and face me. I use to not like self checkout but honestly it’s kinda nice not having to deal with the employees. They act like they are over worked yet they are always just standing there watching the customers work. There’s a few younger girls that work up front that are nice but the majority of the middle aged/older women are miserable and lazy."

"WALMART MANSFIELD RD SHREVEPORT,LA this fat guy followed me and my family around the store yes I’m aware of LP but I will buss you stalking my kids an family an on top of that he STANKS SO BADLY an he’s extremely dirty I don’t know if they tell him to wear his self that way to blend in or what but damn and mind you my pants are tight an my wife wear leggings an oh yeah her purse is only big enough to hold a tiny wallet an a iPhone that’s it so where in the hell is we gonna put anything ???? LP has a job but I also have a job an that’s to protect my family stop being a weirdo an following people with their children , I hope Walmart pays enough for people to play with their life because I will die behind my family!!!!"
