"I love this Hobby Lobby. When it has a sale it has a really good one!! I bought a bunch of wall decor for 70% off this last trip. I was overjoyed to get so many great pieces to match several rooms in my house. I tend to go here before I go to Shreveport because it is in a good part of town and easy to get in. Traffic on Airline can be a little tricky to navigate at times."

"I called ahead in search of a particular item. They had it up front at the register waiting for me. I didn't expect that and appreciated the gesture. The only point I would make for improvement is that the store places soft drink coolers at the registers. I was super thirsty and wished I could grab a diet coke. I also overheard the customer in front of me asking for a drink. I promise, drinks at the registers will sell. Great store, well stocked, very clean, and good customer service."

I took the items back to the store and the manager and the assistance manager refused to give me a refund for the items or exchange the items. The assistant manager laughed in my face and thought the situation was funny. She’s very unprofessional. I called corporate office, and the representative sent me a gift card because the items were defective. The manager and the assistance manager need to work on their customer service skills, because they provided bad customer service. I no longer shop at the store in Bossier City. I shop at the Hobby Lobby in Shreveport. The employees and the management are very professional, and they provide outstanding customer service. Shame on the leadership at the Bossier City store."
