"I went in there to look at paint samples for some painting I plan to do for our new home. I was greeted when I walked in. There was 5-6 employees working. No one in my 30 minutes there came up to me. Asked if I needed help. They had no clue me and 4 other people were in the store looking. They were all gathered behind the registers talking about their personal lives. Laughing and yelling in hysterics. Not one single person received assistance, and I ended up walking out. Not knowing anymore about what I was looking for, than when I went it. A complete waste of my time. There definitely needs to be a lot more structure and more maturity. I won’t be coming back to this location. As the other locations are better equipped to handle customer service."
