"Terrible job and professionalism... Claude took advantage of my 82 year old grandmother. She had a small area of soft spot in her floor from a water leak. He charged her $450 .. took him over 8 hours because he left twice that day. Originally told us it would take 2 hours to fix. After a walk through of his work I noticed she had another soft spot from where he was working and kneeling down. He promised he would be back the following day and did not show up for another three more days ONLY because I filed a police report. This was his finished product.(if I’m able to post a photo) Please consider someone else when lookIng for a flooring person."
