"Merle Norman has nice makeup but not so nice employees at the Belle Meade shopping center location. When I first started buying their products, there was a precious lady there named Courtney, who was extremely friendly and helpful but she left. NOW, there are two of the rudest women working there named Danya and Blenda. They don't seem to care that much about their customers interest or promoting their products. I felt like I had to beg just to get them to show me what I wanted to try out. I won't be using MN makeup anymore."
