"Had the worst shopping experience in this store. My wife (a practicing Muslim) and I walked in to purchase a bag. They had a weird behavior from the beginning. Strange looks, asking do you know the price on that?? And once we decided to get the bag, after we paid the price, we found damage on the bag. Asked nicely if they have another one in the back, they aggressively said this is the bag's pattern but brought another bag anyways. The second bag had obvious damage too. We again “very nicely “ asked if we could get another one. They told us, no, and if they bring another we have to pay the price for two!!! At this point, we had already paid, they were super aggressive, and I didn’t feel safe asking for a return. We came out forced to buy a damaged bag. The most aggressive person there seemed to be from the LGBTQ community and thus perhaps thought we were judging them because my wife is a practicing Muslim. We didn’t do anything wrong, and they were judging us and behaving very aggressively during the purchase. Worst shopping experience ever."

"I love Steve Madden, especially the shoes. Today I bought boots and sandals. The store was nice and clean. It's a small store but due to Covid, they'll only allow a few people inside. There was a great selection of sale and regular priced items for men and women. The sales associates were great! They offered assistance and suggested other items."
