"I scheduled for services ahead of time per the online calendar but someone texted me 45 minutes before my appointment to cancel and asked to move the appointment to the next day. I don't know if they are low on staff or if all other nail techs were fully booked, but when I schedule a service, it's because I have a tight schedule and need it to fit into my day. I ended up going somewhere else that took me right away despite being a walk-in and they did an excellent job. My point is that - if the appointment was to be cancelled it should have been done sooner or an offer to have someone else provide services or even making an offer to make amends in some way instead of asking to move it to another day."
