"I was driving from out of town and my truck light came on and said low fuel pressure, I changed the fuel filter the day before. I used the old o-ring when I put the new filter on. So I new it's was something to do with that, but didn't have the 32 mm socket to check it, so brought it to them, the tech told me it was about a 1/4 turn to lose on the filter, it took him about 3 minutes to tighten it up, my bill was $337 . The girl said it was a Diagnostic fee. But I told him what it was and it took 3 minutes. I felt like they took advantage of me. Because I was from out of town. And they knew I would pay it I won't be back."
