"Had ordered a part that wasn't in the store for a customer's viehicle to only find out after I was 2 hours from my Autozone in Carthage Tx and had viehicle tore down that the part was not correct ( Due to my own mistake of ordering a part with the wrong trim level so 100% my own fault) . I called Carthage Autozone and Eric, and Jessica jumped to my rescue and found the part I needed at the Lufkin TX Autozone which was only a few miles from my location, and called and verified they had the part and was able to put it on hold for me to pick up. These guys are beyond amazing. I was able to get the part Without any trouble Everyone made my mishap so painless. Everyone gave 110 percent and I was able to complete the job ahead of time. Now if I could get this kind of customer service at the other parts stores things would be so much more painless. These other retailers could take a lesson or ten from these you two. Thank you guys"

"I took my mother there to get apart to fix her she needed a gas cap they were very friendly and helpful they hooked it up on the computer to show the codes that it was wrong it was a gas cap why the check engine light was on the service guy that check the car was very friendly"
