From getting new tires and an oil change to replacing wiper blades and tire rotation, every aspect of the service was handled. What stood out the most was Anna’s dedication and personable approach. She went above and beyond by personally driving to the auto parts store to pick up an oil filter when they were short-staffed for delivery drivers. Her efforts to accommodate and ensure my vehicle was serviced promptly were truly remarkable. It’s not often you come across someone so committed and helpful. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and, more so, for having employees like Anna who make customers feel genuinely cared for. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!"

"10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND I’ve gotten new tires from that place and it always takes forever for them to finish my car even if I’m the first and only person there. I’ve also been having a lot of problems with the “new” tires they give me and they start leaking air and going completely flat on me in a few days. I shouldn’t have to buy tires every month especially if I’m asking for brand new tires and paying a lot of money."

"I had to take my vehicle in for an re-alignment which had taken place a couple of months back. They were happy to assist me and took care of the alignment with no problem, along with a tire rotation and re-balancing. The staff at Mavis was very informative of what was being done to my vehicle while in the shop. All employees that I encountered while there was professional and kind. I will be returning.
