"First off, the only reason I even gave this place 1 star, is because I had to in order to write this! I took a Ford Escape to this place to have an oxygen sensor, bank 1 replaced. I had also ask if the could sync the windshield wipers. The sensor was replaced. ( not happy with the way the wire was ran, very sloppy and was left unprotected). When I arrived to pick the car up, they were trying to sync the windshield wipers. They were using a battery powered impact on the nut that held the wiper arm to the wiper motor. Needless to say it had been broken. The wipers may have been out of sync but still working when I left the car with them. They tried to say it was already like that. Well, it wasn’t! It cost me a good amount of $$$ to buy a new wiper motor! I paid for the work that had been done on changing the sensor and left pretty mad. Well, to top things off, when I popped the hood to take pictures I noticed that the top engine cover was missing along with the rubber shroud that went along the upper part of the fire wall. ( more pictures) I called up to that place and told them what hadn’t been put back on the car. The person I was speaking with said that they would look around the shop for the parts. After about 2 or 3 minutes I was told that he didn’t see anything like I had described to him. I told him that I would be up there shortly. He told me they would call me if the parts showed up. lol, really! I arrived and briefly discussed the issue. One gentleman pointed over to a pile of parts that looked like it was an oil dump from changed out motor oil on top of some broken car parts. He said, “ if they’re here they’ll be over in that pile of leftover parts. I said that the parts missing off of the car weren’t leftover parts. They should have been put back on the car! Well, what was I to do. LOL, lawyer up and handle it that way!"
