"I called on yesterday evening and scheduled a cab for 5:15 am today and was told a cab would be there 5:15 am came no cab and when I called the cab company no one answer . Bad bad business never call them again"

"Driver started the meter and by the time I got to the cab it was on 7.50 The cab driver was totally rude and out of line with me. The dispatches are even worse they don’t care do not try them worse company ever."

"While visiting in New Orleans I called for a taxi from Glenn’s Cab. His number was given to me from the clerk at the front desk. When I called I told him the name of the restaurant myself, my sister and two other ladies would like to go to. I inquired about the price and I told him I would call right back in about 5 mins after I checked with the other ladies to make sure the price was okay because we were sharing the price of the taxi. The person on the phone became angry and told me I should have been ready when I called. He stated he wouldn’t be available when I called back in 5 mins because he was a business man. When I told the clerk about the rude conversation we had she immediately tore up his number because she said she wasn’t going to recommend anyone who was going to be rude to her guest. We called a Uber, he was there in 5 minutes and the restaurant was wonderful."

"I called Glenn’s for a ride to the airport. When the driver pulled up she just popped the truck, I heard her talking loud on the phone (with her dad). That right there sat the tone for how unprofessional this driver was. When I got in the car the seat belts didn’t work and she had no air conditioning on. When I asked her if she could turn the air on she said it was broke and had an attitude. She was on the phone, talking loud the whole ride. I will never use Glenn’s Cab Service again due to this driver. It is so hot in New Orleans so having to ride all the way to the airport in the heat with a loud mouth driver was not OK. On top of that when I went to pay she said she couldn’t take cards…….how many people just carry cash around? I had to call my son for him to cash app her the money for my ride to the airport. I’m not sure where Glenn’s Cab Service found this driver but if he wants to keep a Cab Service running he defiantly needs to hire better drivers."
