"Can you guys think of a way to reward the customers who ♻️ used motor oil"

"During my recent visit to Autozone for a diagnostic test, I found myself without assistance as the employees provided me with the machine to operate on my own. Despite my efforts to seek help, I was left to come in and out of the store with no avail. It's worth noting that the employee who was present during this experience was an African American woman with red tipped dreadlocks. She was preoccupied with her purple earbuds and phone conversation, mentioning her reluctance to enter cars. Additionally, she was snacking on sunflower seeds while stationed at the front register. This level of service is unacceptable and disheartening. Will not be buying anything from here ever."

"08SEPT22 ~ I always remember personal interaction much longer than I will remember what I purchased or paid. The terrible employee interaction/customer service dictates the one star. I knew what I wanted & where it was located so I was in line to checkout within a minute of walking into the store. The only visible AZ employee was helping another customer in the parts area. When she finished with the other customer she just stood there a minute, leering down her nose at me. She eventually commanded that I, "Come here," in the most contemptuous voice imaginable. I thought, "Okay, why the big change in attitude between the last customer and me? I do not know this woman. What bias does she have against me?" I had to count to ten to avoid responding in the same disrespectful manner. I walked from the customer checkout cash register to where she was standing. With the same malicious look in her eyes, the facial expression, her posture, & the hostile tone of her voice she checked me out. I do not know what was going on but she was NOT a good representative of AutoZone. I could not pronounce her name but, I believe, it started with a 'K' & her nametag indicated that she was a 'Parts Manager'. I would not want her working for me in any position."
