"No issues with the paperwork in the end, although we did find mistakes in the initial closing estimates. Communication with our agent was horrible. Basic questions would have to asked several times before answering (if at all) and when she did, contrite and impolite. Other examples like requesting documents from agent with all buyers on the email and getting no reply only to find out it was separately. The agent knew we were 3 purchasing partners in different locations and timezones and still couldn't communicate professionally. The experience of my partners on closing day in person was the same. Other people that we dealt at Select were polite and we've never experienced this buying any of our other properties, so maybe we got unlucky with the assigned agent, but it was enough to sour the three of us that we will never use Select Title again."
