Westbank Cab

"On 02/22/24 at 6pm I called this cab company 5 times for my grandma I’m a 20 year women with a soft voice. The lady who answer the phone was very very unprofessional soon as I started talking the lady said “I do not take calls from kids”! Multiple times and hung up in my face all 5 times without listening to anything I had to say. I do not recommend anyone to take this cab service. They need to train their workers to not be rude and ghetto."

"U never know when ur cab will arrive. Will it be 15 min, 1 hr, 2 hours? What's worse is the dispatcher doesn't tell u probably because she doesn't know either. This is why I ONLY use Uber, et. al."

"I'm leaving 5 stars so ppl can see! I've been using Westbank account for the past 3 weeks never had a bad experience! until today got my text message saying my cab has arrived go outside there's no cab! So I called dispatch ask where's my cab their not outsides she says oh she left because you didn't come outside when she called you! Well she never called me! In dispatch hung up on me call back and tell her again she hung up on me again! So if you can tell them don't send cab 11 cause that one is a liar! too bad for that person cuz I tip really well and I don't appreciate being hung up on by dispatch"

"Everytime I called, there's never a cab available. Like every time I called they say none are in the area. Really, Really like why.???? But you always see them around town."
