"Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!! Got a Brazilian wax Saturday and was burned!! Her wax is too hot (told her during the service) and I asked if we can slow down and take a break and she caught a whole attitude and applied more wax to my area! DO NOT BOOK!!! My docotor confirmed I indeed was burnt from the wax!!! Other people have said the same thing!! Search her name on Facebook!! Also she talks on the phone the entire time of the appointment!!!! "I love this place. The owner is so kind and welcoming. When you 1st walk in its a peaceful waiting area with refreshments, music and some products for aftercare. I got “The Baller” It has been almost 2 years since i got a wax and each time has been a great experience and this in particular i had some ingrown hairs which they also took care of. I also purchased the body wash, Healing balm, and sugar scrub, and they all smell light but yet amazing(also all natural). More importantly they produce amazing results. Chivon provided clear simple instructions and information on aftercare and maintenance. I would suggest this place to everyone who is looking for a waxing service."
