"Second time going here and there won't be a 3rd. Paid $100 for gel pedicure which includes 15 min massage and the gel. Although the price is higher than most salons I was expecting a wonderful massage! It was terrible so I won't be going back. Also, very hard to communicate. I have never paid this much for this service."

"This perhaps is the worst salon in town! Their prices are insane and not worth the work they do AT ALL. Went with my daughter WITH A PICTURE of what we wanted. While the staff was friendly, the job was terribly done! I walked out looking like I have a bubble on my nail with the hearts all Messed up for 70 bucks. Daughter got the same thing and her nails were 55, mine were 70 and the nail tech never asked me or even told me there would be a price difference. They messed up my daughter's nails and then got snarky when asked to fix it. They painted her toes first and then did not have the matching tone so gave me a choice to pay 25 more for gel on an 11 year olds toes or get as close as they could- because God forbid they let her pick a matching color and them redo! Toes and hands were supposed to match and did not! The heart on my fingers looked like a toddler painted them, the dip was SO thick that the nail looked crooked and bubbled. Their pedicure SUCKED- they punch your legs and call it a massage. A 200 dollar trip for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures (one for an 11 year old!!). NEVER AGAIN would we go back here. Lots of hidden fees with NO disclosure (extra 10 to remove old gel on toes, 1.00 for using credit card etc.)"

"Went in for a refill on acrylic nails. Was told that they were not acrylic and that it was dipping powder. I KNEW it wasn’t dipping powder because i do not get dip and this shop was the shop who had done my nails. The tech went on and soaked the nails off before really getting a understanding of what i wanted. I then just asked for a regular overlay. You can tell the previous nails were not soaked off properly because you can see spots on my nails. Tried to explain this left over acrylic and was told “your nail is just thick” and she proceeded to apply. I was satisfied the first visit second was a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN would give 0 if i could"

"I’m very disappointed in these nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted and this isn’t it. Not only that but one nail wasn’t fully covered in polish and she didn’t fix it at first. Then there was a bubble in one of the nails that was super noticeable and she wasn’t going to fix it. I asked her to fix it and she did to her best ability. For $70 this is horrible. I’ll be going to another salon tmw to have them fix this. Mortified."
