"My wife and I have been trying to find a good nail salon in Shreveport since we moved here in December 2020. We tried many different salons, here and in Bossier, but none had the quality nor service that we have found at Broadmoor Nails and Spa. We had driven to Baton Rouge to our old salon many times because we were not pleased with the nail salons here— until we found this place! We have been coming here consistently for several months and absolutely LOVE the job they do each time. "Love this place! I had been going to other nail salon's in the area for years but kept having inconsistent experiences that left me desiring to try other places for a better experience. The first time I went to Broadmoor nails my husband booked it as a surprise with my girlfriends for my birthday but we have kept going back ever since. Each time we go the ladies take their time providing a professional, detailed and non-rushed experience. "I love my nails I’ve never gotten Almond shaped but they did pretty good. The only thing I can say is the nail tech accidentally drilled my cuticle causing it to bleed and the same happened to my daughter with the same nail tech, but she was very apologetic about. I will be back in the future."
