"Not so good experience with this office. Dr. Maness was very friendly and assured me that I would love my smile after the braces. I saw him that 1 time and that was it. After months of continuing with my appts there seemed to be a lot of confusion. I had a Doc come in and ask me what we’re they supposed to be doing with my teeth. Almost a year later I still had gaps and I had to asked one of the Techs when were they going to close them. I had another appointment where one of the Tech literally let me walk out with my brackets still open and no wire. Didn’t notice until I got in the car and had to go back in to let her know. An older Tech with spiked hair would handle me like I was a mannequin, really rough and rude. I complained to front desk on her. I just stopped going in 2015 and went to Bayou Orthodontist."
"I absolutely love coming to this orthodontists office. The staff there is very welcoming and patient. Everyone is just lovely and I have enjoyed my visits there. Dr. Maness has even taken care of my older sibling who has also enjoyed going there. I would recommend coming here."
