"Wasn't even going to be told why my son was in pain. Before even telling me what needs to be done they asked if we wanted the work done in April. The dentist was not even going to speak me. Asked for an excuse for the few days my son missed this week. (Which my son has not missed much school ever) The office manager speaking very rudely and loudly to the whole lobby that there is no reason my child have missed school I needed to give him motrin and send him to school that child needs an education. Even asked my child was in the hospital a month would I let him stay home from school. Mind you he missed two days after only sleeping a hour each night because he literally was crying all night that it hurt. I even sent him to school yesterday where he had to get checked out. Mind you I called for an appointment as soon as they opened on Tuesday so they knew he was in pain. I understand this was the earliest they had. The manager said I could have took him to the emergency room. Like lady he needed a dentist and I also consulted with his pediatrician to see what I could do to keep him comfortable til the appointment. Funny thing is she didn't even know all the details nor did she care to know she made assumptions and calling me out as a mother in front of everyone. This is not acceptable nor is it okay!"

"This rating is for the Ortho side! Dental side has always been ok! Appointments kept etc. but I guess their together and get rated as a whole. So here it is!! My son been having braces maybe 3 years! Picture in message…. Orthodontist never there, changed appointments without a notice, didn’t have an orthodontist for about 3-4 months, they still want a payment, called for cooperate phone number phone hung up, sending messages about it’s been 100 days and your smile is important…. HOW? HOW? When y’all staff never there! Finally got an orthodontist, she took the wire off the brackets “understandable” for gums to heal and that was like 4 months ago still no wire, brackets missing and I’m guessing again no orthodontist! So all together 8 months maybe 3 visits AND they still want a payment without no service. I missed a payment because I’m so over this next day they calling for the missed payment!! Call me when the orthodontist there!! I tried to bring him with my other son to Dr Guidry I can’t because he doesn’t work on top no one else work! I’m to the point of removing them myself because Taylor Dental & Braces has really done nothing, but cause my 15 year old freshman pure embarrassment."

"they really should get no stars but i wanted to write this review. this place needs to be shut down. they strapped my 4 yr old niece down and wrapped her hair in a towel and was pulling the towel as she moved. accused my aunt of abusing her bc the way she was freaking out. then drilled in her mouth w no numbing meds. then would not let my aunt take her child and didnt even give the baby a dam sticker. how is this place still open? just like kool smiles. working on yalls babies mouths for kickbacks. then they are miss treating babies in front of their parents. go to Omni dental way better atmosphere and way better staff."
