"Store was not stocked at all. Product placement was ridiculous. Some seasonings were on one isle while others were 2 isles down. During self checkout we were next to the employee who was to monitor all the self checkout registers. We had a problem with the scanner during checkout and tried to get the girl to help. She was texting and ignored us until she finished her text. Prices are somewhat lower but, not worth the headache of the store not having anything you're looking for stocked. Store was understaffed, not stocked, and multiple employees on their cell phones. A bad experience all around."

"Overall pretty good experience. My cashier was a sweetheart. I just noticed prices have gone up again. Albertsons still beats them hands down. Rouses is still #1 in selection and cleanliness."

"Really like coming to this grocery store as it's right around the corner from where I live; however, it's getting to be hit or miss whether I can get the things I normally get. One week they will have it, the next week, completely out. While shopping last week, completely out of frozen hash browns. Entire top row of the frozen potato section completely empty. When I mentioned it to a manager as it wasn't the first time, it was excuses like the supplier must be out or they just haven't restocked. How can it be a supplier issue when I can go to any other grocery store in town and find hash browns??? If they haven't restocked, then why do they allow an entire row of food to be emptied and not notice it needs to be restocked. Went back this week and the section is still empty. This isn't the only product that I have had problems getting on a regular basis."

"Very nice store. It doesn’t fell like a grocery store but more like a wholesale type store. It was very clean, the staff was very polite and helpful, and the selections were great. They always have great sales and good prices."
