"Horrible customer service at the cash office. They have a huge sign in the window that says they open from 9am to 7pm, I waited for an hour in the parking lot for them to open and then at 9:10 she finally comes to the window and moves the sign a bit, laughing and smiling like it’s funny and says that the office won’t be open until late afternoon because they have to get their register fixed. So why do you still have a massive sign up that says you’ll be open at 9am? Take the sign down and print out a piece of paper with the correct information and tape it to the window, instead of hiding out in the cash office and thinking it’s funny to inconvenience customers."

The problem with Super 1 Foods is that they never stock enough sale items so you end up with a stack of rainchecks.The parking at this location is horrible, avoiding an accident is next to the impossible. October 4, 2023 Super 1 Foods continues with it's shenanigans on advertising popular items on sale and not having enough in stock, knowing full well there will be a rush to purchase these items. It's just simple, basic bait and switch tactics. Super 1 Foods continues with it's no rain check policy. ALDI the third largest grocery company in the United States is about to open a new store on Mansfield Rd and trust me when I say that these other local grocery retailers are about to feel the pinch especially Super 1 Foods and Brookshires. I'm personally going to do my best with truthful postings and help Super 1 Foods lose as much money and customers as possible."
