"One thing for certain is AWESOME communication. Needed a commercial fridge for one that was on its last leg. Called them late afternoon and they had a nice double door on sale. They were willing to deliver that evening to Texas (about an hour away), but I had them deliver the next morning before we opened, and they arrived early. Great Kitchen equipment, comparable to online ordering once you include shipping and tax. They are tax free too if you have a business. They do offer free shipping, however, you will charged if they have to remove your old unit. They charged me an additional $195.00 for that. I highly recommend this company for all your commercial Kitchen needs in the area. They are simply the best around."

"The absolute worst place in shreveport to do business! I spent over 10k at this store and wanted to exchange a brand new 3 door unused un wrapped upright cooler for a 2 draw cooler because it will not fit in my bar I told this to the manager the day after delivery but was told it would be a 30% restocking fee 800.00. That's not fair or is it right, I didn't want a refund and I didnt want the difference of the freezer just the freezer. I was told "NO" by the manager and when I asked for the manager I was told he is not in after I was told the previous day he would be in at 9am. If you want janky services and to be treated poorly feel free to spend ur hard earned money here. I even reached out to the manufacturer who also suggested that I receive a two drawer but the manager refused on multiple occasions."
