"I had an issue and I spoke to Derrick (the manager) today. I have a paralyzed son and Had a situation Derrick was not made aware of. Derrick promised me he would have my son a new bed there today and would deliver it personally and make sure my son was taken care of. Derrick delivered on his promise and not only delivered but was there til after 8:30pm putting the bed together. This mans customer service was above and beyond and his exceptional personality was amazing. Even though it was late and not home with his own family, he made sure mine was taken care of and still had a smile on his face the whole time. This is a man that should be recognized not only for his customer service but for his humanity. Thank you Derrick! You really took respect to another level for me today."

"At first everything was good staff friendly and helpful then after paying on brand new washer and dryer the dryer stopped heating I called everyday trying to get someone to come look at it after being told for 2 1/2 weeks that someone would be here tomorrow and nobody showing up or calling we told them to come get both and that took 3 days. All this started day after making the 7th payment. Called corporate office and got runaround there also. Will never take my business back to them"

"If you have a problem with the sales associates at this location, call corporate. They'll have the district manager call you back. He's a very nice, and reasonable man, that'll get you fixed right up. I'll continue to be a life long Aaron's customer."
