"There's a guy, Charlie, who did some repairs for another guy who sold me a washer and dryer set. They didn't work once delivered to me. So, Charlie said he'd come out and take a look. He gave me the run around for 8 days! And, I had even offered, in the beginning, to take them to him to work on. I tried understanding, as he could have refused to honor the work he did 2 weeks prior, for someone else. So, I remained patient those 8 days. Finally when he came, he fixed the washer but said the dryer needed a part he hadn't previously fixed on it. So, I ordered it on Amazon and he told me to let him know when it came in and he'd come put it in for free saturday(3 days away), if I gave him my old dryer (worth an easy $100. Deal! Well, Saturday came and went with no word. So, Monday I fixed the part myself, after hours of online research. And, he never got my dryer. Although he did fix the washer and find out for me what was wrong with the dryer, he wasn't true to his word very often and stood me up on several occasions. Then, left me high and dry in the end. If you don't like the run-around, I'd say, save yourself the headache and find help elsewhere."

"Bought a washer on 11/29/18 from this guy with a 30 day guarantee that it would work for 30 days, he had to bring me two more because the first one didn't work, now on the 3rd washer from him and it is leaking underneath and won't spin, this is February the 16th I have called him numerous times with no reply back and the 3rd washer that he brought is still not fixed. I have not had 30 days of service without trying to have to figure out how to get it to wash, spin or drain out of one of these three washers yet, I cannot get ahold of him to come fix this washer."
