"Food wasn't really all that. The wings were over cooked, the hotdogs were good. Tried their over priced signature Hurri-tang drink, didn't taste the liquor but it was really good and will creep up on you by the time you finish. The atmosphere was great, they had a blues band there that was awesome and we met some really nice people there who offered us a seat at their table. Nice vibe there."
"Wondered in here during happy hour and was pleasantly surprised. Nemanja was our bartender and he was super friendly. Gave us local recommendations, made great drinks and made our experience great. The grapefruit juice was great ( from a can ) for those that drink that. Happy hour had good pricing as well. Highly recommend. Bathrooms are also huge."
"Our first bartender, Ian, was great. He made us our first drinks, which were a hurricane and a hideout mule, both of which were very tasty. Ian closed out our ticket at shift change and made sure to inform us that there was a shift change which we heavily appreciated. He told us the name of our next bartender, Chris. Chris was also excellent, and made us our next wave of drinks which included another mule and the strawberry basil. I LOVED the strawberry basil and this is now one of my favorites, and I sincerely hope I can at least find it somewhere where I’m from (Texas). He did an excellent job. His Mule was noticeably stronger than Ian’s, but my boyfriend advised he has no complaints about it. It just changed the taste. We played darts while we were there, which was great. Darts were free, they just take your ID until you’re done with your game. We made friends with the bar back, George. George was super friendly and I would like to note that he is super knowledgeable about all of the fun stuff to do around NOLA and he is also knowledgeable about food places for you to try. Absolutely talk to George for recommendations, 100%. It was all good vibes around. They do play live music here, and the live music is BOMB. The first artist was Kes O’Hara and she was excellent to start the night off with. She was a solo guitarist with a beautiful voice and I wouldn’t mind listening to her play again at all. The second set was a duo, the Kennedy Kuntz, and I loved them so much I was bellowing music at the top of my lungs in unison with them. They played some familiar favorites of mine and I vibes really well with these young ladies. They are also humorous, and cracked a joke or two while up on stage and I had an appreciation for their humor. I would love to watch them again as well."
"Had a really good time here, lots of room and they were playing live music during our visit. The drinks here were really good and the hurricane drink came with an experience, both strong and stylish hahah! For sure recommend you check this place out if in the area. Try out the hurricane, good for your buzz and photogenic... YOUR WELCOME"
