Love's Travel Stop

"Came there for tire replacement. Just one tire on the weekday. Took them almost 24h to do repair. Very lazy and slow mechanics. Some mechanics don’t show up to their shift. The only competent person is shop manager when she is there."

"Lots of gas pumps, large travel plaza with Arby’s, Godfathers Pizza, and Chester’s Chicken. Clean restrooms. Large variety of snacks and drinks."

"This specific Love’s is actually very clean. I was a bit Leary initially turning in being that is was kinda off the main road a bit through trees, but other than that it was great. They have a fenced dog run area that is big enough for large and small dogs, and plenty of room for standard vehicles as well as 18 wheelers. The bathrooms were really clean which is awesome with several stalls for the ladies. They have a wide variety of food and drink options in the store itself as well as an Arby’s connected to it. I ate at the Arby’s while there and the food was fresh and the employees were very friendly. There wasn’t many people at the Arby’s at the time, but the tables and drink bar were clean and stocked. On the store side itself there were quite a bit of people there, but the store never really seemed crowded. There were two cashiers at the time that really seemed to clear out the line quickly, and they were both friendly. Overall, this was a quick stop for passing through the area. We were pleasantly pleased with the store, the food, and the employees. We look forward to stopping here again when passing through the area."

"Upon entry, there was no employee in site behind the counter. I went ahead to shower 3, that I'd secured through the app. First the door would not open. I headed back to the counter and saw an employee who ended up being the manager. I was told that the door had a delay... I'd put the code in 4 time and it would not open. Finally got into the shower area and quickly noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned... soap dispenser was dirty, trash can had used razors in it and the sink had the matching hair gunked around the faucet, toe nail clippings under the bench, and God knows what thar has not been cleaned around the toilet. As a diamond member who looks forward to resting and showering while I'm away from my family, this was a complete disappointment to have that waiting on me. I went to voice my concerns to the manager, but was told he was away from the store and directed to someone who was not a manager, was left in charge. I'm not confident that he was even told about the issue or even cared. I'll never stop at this location again."

"A nice little truckstop with a little bit of everything in it. The only reason I gave it for stars was because it’s hard to get in and out of this place due to the road construction on I 10. This is not Loves fault but it is still difficult to go eastbound on I 10 if you come to this place."
