"Everytime I come here to pickup something at customer service it takes forever to get someone to help. They are sometimes In a small group chatting as if Home Depot only pays them to talk instead of attending customers. They are rude and unprofessional hopefully they work on their customer service skills too."
"I have been a Home Depot customer for years and have a credit card with them. But here in Beaumont in customer service they are rude people, sometimes they are all in groups and you arrive to pick up an order and you are even afraid to ask why they answer you rudely and leave you waiting an eternity for your order to be brought to you. This is really bad. I hope the human resources at Home Depot see this comment because it is bad that we have people like this who are rude and don't want to work there. We are customers who only go for what we already bought and it is fair that they treat us well."
"My Husband and I were in Home Depot in Beaumont Saturday and we needed help finding an item, we asked an employee who was stocking merchandise for assistance, the employee spoke with us in depth of where we possibly could find what we were looking for and suggested another store . After speaking with the employee we found out she is the Store Manager, Let Brown . A good leader leads by example and Let Brown is definitely leading her employees by example. She is the type of Manager that will work as hard as her employees, she is a hands on Manager. The store was clean , organized, and employees are willing to help you with your needs. We commend Let Brown and her employees on a job well done ."
