"I went to this ross at 8pm. By 8:20 I was checking out. I believe they were short staffed because “Tina” the area supervisor had to hop on a register to help the checkout line move faster. She was telling the other cashier “this is ridiculous…like what time is it?” and “i don’t care if I get written up”. Very unprofessional to say that in front of me and the other customers standing in line. The store does not close until 10:30 pm from what I understand!"
"Jazell is rude miserable woman, she is not a manager but thinks she is and needs to get a life. Arguing with me about returning a $15 rug when i spent thousands if dollars in that store, will not be coming back to that location."
"I enjoy shopping at this Ross. The store was clean without clothes scattered throughout the floor. The savings were good ( I bought more than what I anticipated). The dressing room was clean and I observed security personnel walking the store."
