"My Grandmother received meals from them then was dropped for no apparent reason. When I spoke with a representative she was extremely rude and off point. Making accusations about someone receiving her meals during a hospital stay which occured on a Sat and Sund. Days which meals were delivered on a Friday prior and we could not have possibly known she would be hospitalized. Also, she said claims were not paid by the insurance for a few months. She stated to me that she didn't have to explain how there paperwork is done. Which was totally uncalled for bc I did not ask . I only stated that if we were not told that her insurance had not paid claims for 3 months then we obviously could not address the problem. So she said my Granny was dropped and had to reapply and be at the end of the list. The people who deliver the meals very kind. Just who ever is managing the office for claims etc etc needs to learn to communicate and be kind. Very rude lady."
