"They refused to price match the Hot Topic online pricing for the Halloween Loungefly bags. Saying they were a flash sale but they are not, they've been on sale for days. I was ready to purchase multiple today and left empty handed. Unfortunately this is the only one we have here."

"Just left this place. I went in to return an item, asked if i could leave the item (and receipt) with the cashier while i shopped around for something to exchange and they said “sure”. about five minutes later, they called me up to the register to tell me they’re ready to process my return. i let them know i was shopping around for an item to exchange for my return. the cashier then told me “well, we’re ready now” and i asked why i can’t shop around first and they told me it because they aren’t responsible if my return item gets stolen, which is strange because they gave me permission to keep my item at the register while i shopped. i asked why i was being rushed and she let out a huge sigh and asked if i wanted to keep shopping. obviously not lol, terrible customer service. would rate a 0 if i could."

"daughter loves it. amazon has killed the social shopping experience, that once resulted in memories, mother daughter shopping bonds , me n my boys trying to hit on girls way out are league but sometimes we got their numbers , future marriages, food court comfort food, alot of bad homecoming outfits and 99,% great times with friends ,family, or spouse. Its a shame my daughter spends weekends on zoom with friends or video games with friends. all mall stores are so much more to people. wish these kids could have the great fun we had"

"Lots of stuff for newer anime and still has band stuff. They still have Invader Zim and Sailor Moon stuff. The staff is helpful and friendly. So it's a comfortable place to shop."

"Great store! Super helpful and friendly staff. My daughters both have very different tastes and they are both able to find awesome products based on their favorite genres. I've done the whole shipping thing in the past, but I really enjoy visiting in person to get the full experience. And, it also gives me an opportunity to pick up a few things for myself! Will definitely be back in the very near future!"
