"The salesman was a jerk an older black man! He ticked me off first comment! We wanted to get my husband a new suit. He gets my husband measured and pulls out a jacket. So we leave with a suit, shirt, shoes and socks. They hem them too. We get home and find out the pants are too short and they switched coats. We go to the funeral with my husband being embarrassed wearing these clothes. Now I'm so angry I want to explode! What kind of company allows this to happen? We go back and exchange the coat but won't hang around longer to get the pants corrected."

"I had a great experience with the employees and particularly Shenette. She went above and beyond. My teenage son decided he was going to Homecoming a week before the event. We went into the store and rented a suit. The suit was supposed to be ready for pickup in 4 days. Something happened with the delivery and we had no suit 24 hours before Homecoming. This is when Shenette stepped up and assured us she would make sure he was suited up for the big event. She managed to figure out a solution and long story short, my son looked great in time for the event. Things sometimes happen beyond our control but the employees were great with coming up with a solution. Excellent customer service!"
