"These guys are Superb in their customer service and their repair work. I have had at least 5 iPhone screen protectors replaced because I am clumsy and keep chipping them. They are a warranty repair/replacement for InvisibleShield. Every time I go in, they get right to the screen protector replacement while I wait. I highly recommend these guys. AAA+++"

"Ruined part of my laptop. I brought my laptop in to have RAM installed. It was done quickly, probably too quickly. It had never had any work done on it, so it had never been opened to expose any internal parts. When l received it back the network adapter was not not working, it is missing. The entire plug is gone! The laptop was not resealed properly and my emails to them have been ignored. I contact by email because phone calls can be claimed to have never happened. I do not recommend using this shop for anything. There is a difference for an incidental thing happening, vs destroying an entire part of the PC’s hardware system. Notice in the photo how the entire adapter to plug a LAN wire into is just gone. A LAN wire in the spot just sits there as opposed to clicking into place. So thank you to the people that did this and now will not respond."

"I had a phone that was restarting constantly. Andy was able to diagnose and repair the issue within a matter of 5-10 minutes and noticed it was the result of faulty work from a previous insurance repair performed elsewhere (they forgot to put backs a couple of small metal plates that hold a clip in that came loose). I walked in, left for 30-40 minutes, and came back to a phone that was working properly. Thank you Andy for the quick and professional service."

They didn’t have one on site but had it delivered the very next day and informed me as soon as the phone was ready. The cost was reasonable and I’m happy. I’ll be sure to go back when I need other repairs. Maybe not for my washer and dryer; just my phone : )"
