"BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did I not get a call to give me an estimate before repairs were done, I had to call to see if it was ready. After paying $145 for a new carb and air filter (which I now doubt that I needed), it had the same problem when I got it home. Pressure washer starts but kills when the water is turned on, that's what I said when I called and brought it in. When I called to complain, the lady says "well that's the pump and we don't deal with that side", amazing that she knows that but nobody mentioned that before fleecing me for the new carb. I guess they focus more on changing parts than FIXING things? I will NEVER use them again."

"Great place! Took my Coleman/Honda generator for service after sitting for 2 years. They called me after inspecting it informing me of the needed repairs. Everything was done in 24 hours. They called me back when it was ready to be picked up. The reason for one missing star on my review it's because that after I paid, and they paged the shop informing that I was going around to pick it up, no one was there in the back. The generator was there with all the parts they changed but no one available to help load or to make sure I was in fact the owner of it. Other than that they did a good job and are very good at what they do."
