"My rating is for drive thru experience only. I find the quality of food consistent, so no surprises such as cold dry patty thats been sitting since lunch being served at dinner. Friendly and courteous service."

"I don't have to say much here the reviews talk for them self. Rarely any good reviews .Anyways, Horrible Customer service .Its sad if corporate saw their reviews and how supposedly the Manger was conducting business .Poor leadership and customer service. To be completely fair there was one person who seemed professional ( the lady that was sitting in the showroom with long black dreads with a computer ) . I would not like to say that of course this is Burger King what do you expect . Treat people with kindness and courtesy .If you hate your job quit and get another one that you don't have to deal with customers simple. Ps: the lady that was rude and did not want to be bothered had orange hair and her helper who was her defense lawyer or boyfriend was ready to argue and fight .So sad ."

"Avoid this BK at all costs, trust me and trust the other reviews. Whether you're a walk-in, drive thru or order online, you'll be waiting a minimum of 15 minutes if you're lucky. Worst customer service I've experienced in any restaurant I've ever been to. Food's always undercooked as well. Save yourself a headache (and stomach ache) and literally go anywhere else but here."

"Pull up to the drive trough. Wait 5-10 minutes. Takes the order. "Pull around please." Takes payment then proceeds to have me back up off the sensor to allow the timer to reset. So the manager can get their bonus by keeping the speed times down. Food then handed to me. Get back to work, stale and over cooked. I should have read the reviews before I went to this location. They need a complete staff replacement. Go to the location by Oaklawn for a decent experience."
