Reviews of Cicis Pizza
"The food was cold it didn't stay hot like it should've and the only thing they could say was our heating lights are broken make do with what we have. Rook forever for server to bring drinks and they were just sitting around playing on their phones. It was cold inside even though it was cold outside. I'm afraid of get6ing food poison from this place never going again. Very rude people."
"Cici’s has got to do better with the buffet. I worked here in 2017-2018 and it’s changed.. A lot of pizzas were missing, so we had to constantly ask but it’s not our job too especially when it’s busy. If nothing is up there, the employees should call it out.. I had to ask for cheesy bread, pepperoni pizza ( everyone clearly gets ) & more.. It’s crazy. The pizza is good, still tastes as good as it did years ago :) They need to run the chicken wings through the oven atleast 3-4 times.. My chickens were soggy even though I asked to run them through the oven an extra time.. They do NOT taste good when they’re soggy like that I was disappointed.. The salad bar 10/10 always, the cashier did a good job tending to it and taking orders. Service was also 10/10 it’s always nice to see Wayne he hired me back then lol :) Of course I’ll be back eventually, just may not be anytime soon. I go almost twice a year lol."
"It’s a good value for today’s times. Just a hair over eleven bucks, I got a soft drink and access to the all you can eat buffet. Honestly, I was impressed with the pizza. I asked for a custom spinach pizza with extra mushrooms. In just 8 minutes, it was so flavorful and decadent. The crust was subtly crisp and the toppings were generous. I honestly wasn’t expecting much. Disappointingly, the Diet Coke wasn’t working properly and the cup was small but unlimited refills so that was okay. The “chicken noodle soup” tasted great - except there was no chicken in it. Perhaps it was picked out by prior guests? The salad bar was full of fresh salad making ingredients. All in all, I’m content and the family friendly atmosphere was nice to see. I plan to be back sometime but this visit was a little better than I initially anticipated."
"You get a good amount of decent food for the amount you're paying. Good place for kids and catching up with friends. The place is a little greasy, so I think standards could be raised a little bit, but it was an alright place to grab a bite to eat every once and a while. Stellar apple pie pizza however! Highly recommend it."
"I didn’t know what to expect coming to Cici’s to be honest. It’s like a blast from the past from your childhood, but in the worst way possible. I have to compliment the staff, they were very friendly and the arcade is pretty awesome! Now onto the bad. Came for lunch at 11:30ish so they had just opened but everything tasted off. The pasta station is sad - the noodles are soggy and the sauce looks so strangely solid and off putting. But the pizza is the most offensive thing here somehow - the dough has this weird texture that comes off as undercooked, it wasn’t crispy in the slightest. There wasn’t any regular cheese pizza either, just the weird white sauce pizza that tasted like nothing. The grossest thing by far to me is the drink station - it would be excusable if it were late at night but for it to be so DIRTY less than an hour after opening is embarrassing. Didn’t want to get any peach tea because the dispenser looked disgusting and I lost my appetite soon after. Won’t be coming back any time soon."
